Strain spotlight - Dragons "Moonshine" work including #12 work - Brew / bx1 / Bulgarian etc.

Many of the lines Im about to discuss are actually sold out, but I wanted to put up a blog for people to be able to refer back to regarding this classic DFG family of lines. This may get confusing, but I hope you guys can bear with me! If not, feel free to comment any questions below!

The original mother - the blackberry Moonshine, is my cross of the Blackberry x Jabba Stash (made by two dog seeds) x [Optiumus Prime (Exotic Genetics) x Purple NL#5 (Bodhi stock)]. I've used several BMS moms over there years, and most of them have produced quite exquisite lines

The main mother, the one thats been used the longest, is the #12. She ended up being the creme de la creme for breeding and crosses and is a powerhouse in her own right for flower and concentrate production. The #12 produces tangerine candy terps, intense resin production, and is fairly mold and mildew hardy herself. In hash form, the sweetness of the tangerine is replaced with a skunky tangerine flavor that is to die for. She has a pretty open structure, with plenty of internodal space to allow for airflow, and each bud gets dense, an typically arrowhead shaped, dense flowers with knobby bracts.

These are all blackberry Moonshine #12 keeper cut that I selected and have used over the years...

As you can see... shes a beautiful plant in her own right! Some of the big projects with her have been....

X bulgarian Hierloom male to make the Bulgarian Moonshine line...I kept and used a green and a red / Burgandy pheno and have bred with them both as welll.

And then of course....Theres also been 3 versions now of my dragons brew line....which is the blackberry Moonshine to my dragons stash....v

Version1 brew had multiple male dragons stash f1 males, and several female Blackberry Moonshine mothers. This version wasn't released,

Version 2 - had dragons stash f2 trio males - 2 green and a red male, This version was released, and is sold out with the exception of a few vendors possibly having old stock....

Version 3 - Just the Blackberry Moonshine #12 and just the F2 red dragons stash male....and Is the current release. All 3 versions were fairly similar, with the main differences being each version is more narrowed down, and easier to find keepers out of. Typical terps are skunky, musky, tangerine, berry, and perfume candy.

For a collaboration project....I also gave my selection, the Blackberry Moonshine #12 to a friend of mine - Two Tone Genetics / TwoTonewilly. He then seeded it with a mac male he choose...and passed me back seeds of this new line. It went on to be dubbed the macberry moonshine....

I pulled a male out of this macberry moonshine line - and used him back to his mother...to make the now infamous Blackberry Moonshine Bx1 line....

And the Blackberry Moonshine BX1 - Full lineage would be Blackberry Moonshine 12 x (Blackberry Moonshine 12 x Mac)

What can be said about her that hasn't been said before. Everything you can want in a line. Bag appeal for days, eye and nose assaulting terps, easy going, insane fungal resistances, bet the farm on her time after time, she's a work horse.

I mean...just look at her....
