This is something that I have been very excited to see come together, and I hope this is something that people find to be helpful. I know some have been following along on my small account challenges, where I've started with 250 bucks and grown it using the stock market. For those that haven't, feel free to check those out as well. But anyway, this challenge will be in a similar format, with some minor tweaks and hopefully improvements. I will post up the starting balance, as well as regular balance updates, both negative and positive, I will be posting my trade plans, and results, as well as market updates, and general knowledge as I work thru this challenge. My goal is simple - Grow 100k thru the stock market, safely, and with the best returns I can. For those that haven't already read my small account challenge thread, I will give a quick rundown. I am a typical outlaw farmer...I've had great crops, and I've had lousy crops. I've poured sweat, blood, time, and energy into perfecting my craft with cannabis cultivation, and breeding. And I've seen first-hand how harvests go - and how easy it is to piss the money away. I've applied to get home loans, and faced rejections, and in general, by living on the fringe, there's been a part of me that has always wondered - what's the long-term plan here? For many years my grand plan of a naive man was always, I just want to die in the garden. Little regard to retirement was considered...and little thought was paid. I lived like my peers, paycheck to paycheck, harvest to harvest. But as I've hit the middle-aged years...and taken on more responsibilities, and as life has gotten more expensive, I've had to be realistic, and I've had to start really thinking about the future. One thing that I knew for sure - being an outlaw farmer doesn't have a pension, 401k, or any retirement plan. So, I started researching, and exploring, and trying to figure out the answer to a question that's always bugged me, and I'm sure you as well, "how do I become wealthy? How do I become financial stable? How do I set up my life where I'm not a slave to the garden, especially as I age or if I became injured?" Of course, there are a million "get rich" schemes, and plots, and scams out there, and I was determined to not fall into any of those traps. I wanted to learn tried and true methods, and one thing I kept coming back to was the stock market. It seemed the more research I did, unlimited and massive wealth is created thru the markets. Now of course at this point, I was thinking to myself, I'm not a suit, wtf do I know about the stock market. Luckily in this day in age, if you really want to learn something, and put the time into learning it, you can, as the resources are all over the internet. I soaked up every video, every lecture, every book I could find, and started practicing paper trading, and just watching the market. Here in Hawaii, the stock market opens at 330 am, so it was waking up at obscenely early hours, and I can't lie, I blew 2 accounts learning some hard lessons. But the more I practiced, and the more I followed along in investment and options trading discords, and the more time I spent learning chart patterns, I became hooked! It's been something that has become so powerful in my life, and opened my eyes to so many things both internally, and about the future. Part of trading is psychology, and learning yourself and how to master the human emotions that can come up in trading- from fear, and greed, to anxiety to happiness. One thing that I've learned about myself along this journey, is I find self mastery comes from holding myself accountable, and from teaching. So I started my first challenge with the world to see - and there were many great trading days, and some red / tough trading days. I've found for me it works really well to share the journey, as I know every trade I'm going to have to explain, which in turn makes me think, and it turn, makes me more careful. So here we are. I can't say yet where the journey will go from here, But I will be sharing it with you all. Well, as much as I hate the floods of DMs this usually creates....I am putting out the call that I am looking to expand my tester team.... Who I am looking for - 3-5 Light Dep growers 3-5 full term growers. 10-15 indoor growers. Requirements - To be considered to be a tester, this is what I would like - Make a forum post on my website - in it include - 1 photo of your current grow space, either from a recent run, or as it currently sits - be it the plot on the hill, a small dep house, tent indoor, large indoor whatever. Brief rundown of your grow method including: -Medium. (soil / coco / hydro / DWC etc etc) -climate zone -lighting tech if indoor / dep using lights -Reason you are growing - IE medical / Recreational if medical, and you care to share, if you have a specific ailment you are growing in response to -REALISTIC number of seeds you can pop and run to completion. -Realistic timeline of when you can pop seeds -Any recurring issues you battle - IE - is mold an issue for you? certain pests? Season ends by a certain date? -Length of time you have been growing 1 photo that you are proud of that you want me to see as your consideration to be a tester. Any social media usernames you care to share - IG- Thcfarmer- Beanbasement- Discord- Tag me in your forum post when all of the above info and photos are done to be considered. If I select you to be a tester - My expectations to be considered in good standing / have dibs on the next round of testing - -pop what you agree to pop, and run them! Here on my website / forum post you originally created to be considered - -post at MINUMUM - 1 veg shot before flower - - post 1 early flower photo of all the plants -post 2+ late flower photo of all the plants / phenos -post 2+ finished bud photos -post smoke report for the phenos you ran. Again, that's the bare minimum - however, I highly encourage / appreciate / love seeing my genetics grown, so I would love the above and beyond effort, more photos, etc. This separates those who can be good testers a few times, to the great testers that I will keep plugged on seeds for life. on your first round of testing, I do require you pay the $5 shipping charge for usa shipments, and 15-25 depending on which country if international.

Welcome to the Dragons Stock market challenge, where I attempt, and document the entire process, of turning a small account, into 10k, using options, and playing the stock market. This is in an effort to create income, as well as teach myself the discipline, and habits needed, to play the stock market successfully. This all started with the realization that the outlaw cannabis farmer lifestyle doesn't have a retirement plan, and there's no company putting money aside into a 401k or any of the other "normal" pensions etc that a traditional job might provide. So I set out to learn, and to attempt to create a retirement program for myself. And if along the way, I also teach a few things, that's a great added bonus. This forum will be an ongoing project, and I'll be posting trade plans, trade outlines, and synapsis, and document the entry and exits I take, and the profits, and losses, that I do. So, feel free to follow along, and enjoy the journey.
